Oracal 651 is an adhesive (sticker) vinyl, and arguably, the most popular vinyl on the market today. It comes with a permanent, solvent-based adhesive and high-gloss finish. This quality vinyl not only works perfectly with all cutting machines, but also will last up to 5 years in an outdoor application. It can be used to make crafts and signage of all types including decals for cars, decorations, and more!
