Glow in the Dark adhesive vinyl is rechargeable for “glow in the dark” signs, and automatically glows in the dark for at least 4 hours once fully charged. *Note: This is not a heat transfer vinyl (HTV). It has a permanent adhesive and is suitable for outdoor applications.
